Check for Mac Flashback virus
Open Terminal and type following two lines. Entering your password when prompted. These commands will look for the Launch agent that runs the malware if it’s on your system. If it comes back empty, you’re clean.
sudo grep -R zeobit ~/Library/LaunchAgents/

How to Speed Up, Clean Up, and Revive Your Mac
1) Activity Monitor is in the Utilities directory (aka folder) which is in the Applications directory, you just start it like you would any other mac application.
2) Run disk utility (same place as activity monitor) in the same way, then from the list on the left, click your OS hard-drive (it’ll be the one that’s icon looks like a hard-drive) and choose the indented icon below it...
